Students, faculty and staff are provided with a Microsoft Office 365 account that includes email and much more.

Office 365 is the University system for day to day communications. If you would like to schedule appointments using the calendar tool please follow these instructions:

  1. Log into go.wustl.edu
  2. Open Calendar and click on “New”
  3. Enter the purpose of the meeting in “Event”
  4. Add Attendee (Name of People)
  5. Select “Scheduling Assistant” to show availability
  6. Click “OK” to save or “Discard” to cancel
  7. Click “Send”
