Reserve-a-Space
To book a Sam Fox School classroom or critique space you must use the Reserve-a-Space system at this link. The Reserve-a-Space system will allow you to book a space at the desired date and time for a meeting, event, or academic use. Reserve-a-Space will be open to make reservation requests starting on Tuesday, September 7.

Cleaning
Please factor in time for cleaning at the beginning and end of a reservation.
Cancellations
You can cancel reservations up until your reservation time.
Health & Safety
In accordance with WashU’s COVID-19 Response policy; students, staff, and faculty are required to follow all health and safety protocols for the duration of the room/space reservation. The student, faculty or staff member requesting the use of a Sam Fox School space is responsible for ensuring all individuals present in that space adhere to the health and safety protocols for the entire duration of the reservation.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- All students, faculty, & staff must complete and pass a daily health self-screen prior to coming onto campus or leaving their residence hall each day
- All individuals must wear a mask that fully covers their mouth and nose at all times
- Please practice personal hygiene – wash hands often for 20 seconds, avoid touching your face, do not share headsets or other equipment near your face, and clean and disinfect common areas before and after use
- All individuals must adhere to Danforth Campus events and meetings protocol

Step-by-step Reserve-a-Space instructions for desktop browsers
Step 1:
- Open your web browser and go to reserve.wustl.edu and log in.
- You will need to log in with you Wustl Key.
- If you are off campus you will need to use DUO two factor authentication to access this system.
- You will then arrive at this page below. Go to “Sam Fox Space: Students” and click on the “book now” button to the right.
Step 2:
- You will arrive at the page below.
- Select the “Date” “Start Time” and “End Time”
- Then hit “Search” in order to see all the available spaces.
Step 3:
- You will arrive at the page below.
- Select the green “+” next to the room you would like to reserve and then select “Next Step” button in the upper right.
Step 4:
- You will arrive at the page below.
- For “Event Name*” you can put your name and or a description of your activity.
- Select “Other/Miscellaneous” form the “Event Type*” drop down.
- In the “Organization*” select your name.
- Select “Create Reservation” in the upper right.
Step 5:
- You will arrive at the page below.
- To edit or cancel the reservation click on “Edit this reservation.”
You can select “Cancel Registration” on the right you can also edit the reservation under “Edit Reservation Details”
