A WashU IT Message to Our University Community

In a planned and intentional effort to enhance the security posture of our institution and further protect us from nefarious actors, the WashU IT Service Desk has implemented an improved Caller Verification Process for incidents that require validation of the caller’s identity, such as password reset requests.

This change may result in a longer caller verification process than individuals had previously encountered, but a more secure one as it removes important vulnerabilities.

We would like to thank our community of students, faculty, staff, clinicians, and researchers in advance for their patience and understanding as we continue to improve our services to the university.

Reserve-a-Space

The system for booking spaces at the Sam Fox School is called Reserve-a-Space. You can also reserve spaces throughout the Danforth Campus.
