Faculty in the College of Architecture and Graduate School of Architecture & Urban Design should use this liability waiver if students are to leave campus regardless of distance.
Waivers must be signed for each destination. Signed copies must be on file with the College of Architecture and/or Graduate School of Architecture & Urban Design before students leave campus.
