Web/Video Conferencing
For video conferencing using such tools as Skype for Business, please schedule the Dean’s Conference Room in Steinberg Hall 205. The room will hold up to 10-12 people comfortably. This is the only room that has capability at the Sam Fox School.

If you would like to set up a video conference for a classroom you will need to hire WU IT Media Services. Information is at this link. There is a $75/hr cost you will need to bill to your program area. Media Services will come and set up the room with the equipment needed based on your request specifications. To request service you need to use the “Request Service” help ticketing system at this link. Allow for a one week turn around time to schedule this kind of service.

Skype for Business
Skype for Business is the university standard for conferencing. The person in charge of the meeting should “Add Skype meeting” in Microsoft Office calendar so that all participants can join the meeting. Skype for Business is available to all university faculty, staff and students when logged into your Microsoft Office account using WUSTL Key. If you are not familiar with the Skype for Business tool please review information on this link or request assistance through the help desk.
